AI on agency candidates. A human chooses.

The agency sends ten profiles – who should you meet? Let the AI compare them with what you need. GoalCube removes names, age, gender and contact details before the AI sees the profiles, and a human decides who goes forward.

  • Faster shortlistsThe AI compares profiles with your requirements.
  • Fair from the startName, age and gender are hidden from the AI.
  • Shared responsibility, clear recordsBoth you and the agency can show how the AI was used.

Questions and answers

Does the EU AI Act apply when the agency found the candidates?

Yes, to your own use of AI. If you use AI to choose between the candidates, that's recruitment and high-risk.

Who has to inform the candidates?

Whoever processes the data. Agree with the agency that candidates are told about your use of AI.

Can we hide age and gender from the AI?

Yes. GoalCube turns date of birth into an age band or hides it, and makes gender neutral.
