Questions about pricing
What is a user?
A user is an employee who uses GoalCube in their AI or decides cases in GoalCube. Any employee can take the AI literacy training without being a user.
Do prices include VAT?
No. GoalCube is a Danish company. Businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number pay no Danish VAT; the reverse charge applies. Danish businesses pay 25% Danish VAT on top.
Do we also pay for our AI?
Yes. You use your own AI – such as ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft 365 Copilot – and pay for it as you do today. GoalCube is the layer between your data and the AI.
Do we get a data processing agreement?
Yes. When you use Data Vault, GoalCube processes personal data on your behalf. The data processing agreement (DPA) is part of the terms.
What does 2 months free mean?
If you pay for a year at a time, you pay for 10 months and get 12.
Can we change plan?
Yes. You can move up or down whenever you like. If you add users, you move to the next tier.
