AI for apprenticeships and internships. Young people's data stays in the EU.
Find the right apprentice in a stack of applications, write placement agreements and keep track of reviews. Many applicants are young, and they're entitled to extra protection. GoalCube hides names, age and school before the AI sees anything.
- Extra protection for young peopleName, date of birth and school are hidden. The AI sees only motivation and experience.
- A human picks the apprenticeThe AI recommends. The supervisor decides on each applicant, with a reason.
- Reviews without biasGender is written neutrally, so the AI can't let it colour its assessment.

Questions and answers
Does the EU AI Act apply to apprentices too?
Yes. An apprenticeship is employment, so selecting and assessing apprentices with AI is high-risk, just as it is for other staff.
Can we use AI on applications from under-18s?
Yes, but with extra care. Use only what you need, remove name and age, and tell applicants – and ideally their parents – how you use AI.
What about interns from schools and colleges?
An intern is also someone whose data you process. Agree with the school who is responsible, and record your use of AI.
