Who does what in GoalCube?

For: EveryoneTakes 2 min.Last updated

Short answer

Employees work in their AI as before and only see "✓ All in order" for low-risk use. The person responsible – for example the owner, the HR manager or the managing director – confirms high-risk use, decides cases about people and goes through Tasks, about 5 minutes a week. The administrator creates the account, connects the AI, invites colleagues and gets emails about payments and – with Personal data or People decisions – the Monday email.

The employee

The employee writes to the AI as before, for example "Summarise the customer enquiries from September". GoalCube gives the AI data with pseudonyms. For low-risk use, the employee only sees "✓ All in order" in the window and carries on working. See The window in the chat.

If the task needs a person's confirmation or decision, the window says who needs to do what. The employee writes "continue" when it is done.

The person responsible

The person responsible does what the law requires of a person:

  • confirms use of AI with high risk or decisions about people
  • decides cases about people, one at a time
  • looks through what GoalCube has handled under "Review" on Tasks
  • adopts the AI policy and takes care of what is missing under AI use when there is time

This typically takes about 5 minutes a week. There is one yearly reminder to review the AI policy.

The administrator

The administrator sets GoalCube up and keeps it in shape under Settings: connects the AI, chooses the plan, invites colleagues with a passkey and roles, and adjusts the rules under Advanced. Administrators get emails about payments and invoices and – with Personal data or People decisions – the Monday email. See Which emails will I get?. See Create an account, log in and invite colleagues. In small businesses, this is often the same person as the person responsible.
