Create an account, log in with a passkey and invite colleagues

Short answer

Create the account with your name, your email, the company name, your role and the AI you use. It is free and does not need a credit card. You log in with a passkey: Face ID, fingerprint or a security key. There is no password. An administrator invites colleagues under Settings > Users and access; the link can only be used once and expires after 72 hours. GoalCube uses one necessary cookie, only for logging in.

Create your account

The first person to create the account becomes the administrator. It takes 1 minute, it is free, and you do not need a credit card.

  1. Enter your name, your email, the company name and your role, for example "Managing Director" or "Head of HR".
  2. Choose which AI you use: Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Mistral or Gemini.
  3. Press Create with Face ID or fingerprint and approve on your phone or computer.

GoalCube then opens on Tasks with Get started.

You also get one email from noreply@goalcube.eu: Welcome to GoalCube – confirm your email. Press the link within 72 hours. The same happens for colleagues you invite. See Which emails will I get?.

Log in

Press Log in and use Face ID, fingerprint or your security key. There is no password, and a link or an email alone never gives access. You log out at the bottom of the menu.

Once you are logged in, your name is on what you confirm, adopt and decide. You do not need to write initials.

Invite colleagues

  1. Open Settings > Users and access.
  2. Enter the colleague's name, choose a role and press Add user.
  3. Press Invite next to the colleague and send the link, for example in Teams.
  4. The colleague opens the link, presses Create my access and sets up their own Face ID or fingerprint.

The link can only be used once and expires after 72 hours. Only an administrator can invite. Users and access is part of the Personal data + People decisions plan; see Users and access and Plans.

Employees who only need to take the course do not need an account. They get the course link. See The AI literacy course.

GoalCube uses one necessary cookie, only for logging in. It expires 12 hours after you log in at the latest. There are no other cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

If it does not work

  • "Face ID or fingerprint was cancelled. Try again." You pressed cancel, or it took too long. Press the button again.
  • "The invitation has been used or has expired. Ask for a new one." Ask the administrator to press Invite again and send a new link.
  • "The account already exists." Your company already has an account. Log in, or ask the person responsible for an invitation.
