The window in the chat: "All in order", one step at a time and "continue"

For: The employeeTakes 3 min.Last updated

Short answer

When the AI uses GoalCube, the chat shows a small GoalCube window. For low-risk use it says "✓ All in order", and the AI carries on by itself. If the task needs a person, the window shows one step at a time – for example "Confirm the use" or "You decide" – with a button to GoalCube. Once a person has confirmed or decided, you type "continue" in the chat yourself.

Three things the window can show

The window shows What it means What you do
✓ All in order The use is low risk and was approved automatically under your rules. Nothing. The AI carries on by itself.
Confirm the use The use is new and either high risk or about people. The AI is waiting for data. The person responsible confirms at GoalCube. Then type "continue".
You decide The AI has recommended something about people. The person responsible decides at GoalCube. Then type "continue".

The window only shows the current step. At the top there is always the next step, for example "Type continue in the chat".

Why do we type "continue" ourselves?

The window never sends messages to the chat on your behalf. That is deliberate: AI services flag messages from apps as a possible risk, and it should always be a person who gets the AI going again.

Why is the decision not made in the window?

Decisions and confirmations are made only on GoalCube's own page. That way it can be proved that a person – and not the AI – pressed the button. The window has a button that opens the page.
