Confirm a new use of AI
Short answer

When GoalCube classifies the use as high-risk, or when it involves decisions about people. Low-risk uses are approved automatically. Until the use is confirmed, GoalCube holds data back from the AI – this is a recommendation in the rule library that is switched on from the start.
What happens afterwards?
- The confirmation is saved in the audit log with a fingerprint and an independent timestamp.
- The legal requirements for the use are shown on the entry, for example that a person must decide each case.
- The employee types "continue" in the chat, and the AI carries on with the original task.
Can a confirmed entry be changed?
No. A confirmed entry is locked. If the use changes, you make a new entry. If GoalCube changes its rules, you get a new version to confirm; see When GoalCube's rules change.
