The AI gets no data: "the use is not recorded"
Short answer
GoalCube gives the AI data only once the use is recorded and – for high risk or decisions about people – confirmed by a person. The AI records the use itself. If the window says "Confirm the use", the person responsible must confirm it at GoalCube. Then type "continue" in the chat.
What you do
- Look at what the window in the chat says:
- "✓ All in order": the use has been approved automatically. Type "continue".
- "Confirm the use": the person responsible must confirm the use. Send them the link from the window.
- Type "continue" in the chat once the use has been confirmed.
Why?
The recommendation "The AI only gets data once the use has been recorded and confirmed" is switched on from the start. That way, every use of AI on your data is known and assessed before it happens. It can be switched off in the rule library, but we do not recommend it.
