Record a use of AI at GoalCube
Short answer
Open the AI inventory and fill in "Record new use": name the use, choose the dataset and write one sentence on what the AI is to do – without names and numbers. Press "Continue to the questions". GoalCube suggests the answers from the dataset; correct them if they are wrong, and confirm the use.

- Choose the dataset, if the use has one.
- Describe in one sentence what the AI is to do. Do not include names or numbers.
- Press "Continue to the questions".
- Answer the short questions. GoalCube then shows what the law requires, and you confirm the use.
The questions
GoalCube asks about what determines the risk. The answers are suggested from the dataset, for example whether it contains personal data.

Write without names
The name and description are saved in the inventory and can be seen by the AI. So write about the task, for example "applicants for the controller position", and not about particular people. GoalCube rejects text containing names, numbers or your secret words.
