Questions and answers
Is B2B data covered by GDPR?
Company details aren't, but contacts' names, emails and notes about them are. And a sole trader is often a person.
Can the AI see our prices?
Only if you let it. With GoalCube you can hide customer names, price lists and product names as secret terms, so the AI only sees codes.
Can we use AI on CRM notes?
Yes, for purposes that fit the customer relationship. Write only what's needed in the notes, and remove private details.
