Questions and answers
Can we share the attendee list with sponsors?
Only with a legal basis, such as consent, and if attendees were told when they registered.
Is a dietary preference sensitive data?
It can be. An allergy is health data, and halal or kosher can reveal religion. Use it only for the food.
Can the AI write follow-up emails after the event?
Yes. The names are added on your side, and emails about new events are direct marketing, which needs consent or another legal basis.
