Short answer

Some legal duties you must meet yourself, such as informing employees before a high-risk AI system is put into use. GoalCube has ready-made texts for them, written by GoalCube (not by the AI) from your entry. Open the template from the task under AI use > "Missing" or under AI use > Templates, enter the company name and the person responsible, copy the text and use it. Then mark the task as done.

How to use a template

  1. Press Use the template (or Use the draft) next to the task under "Missing" on AI use. All templates are also under AI use > "Background, deadlines and shortcuts" > Templates, with the status "Done" or "Not done".
  2. Enter the company name and the role of the person responsible.
  3. Copy the text, and use it as the template describes.
  4. Press Mark as done, and write a short note. The note goes into the report for the regulator.

The texts are a good starting point, but not legal advice. If you are in doubt, have a lawyer read them.
