Report for the regulator and auditors
Short answer
Press "Download report for the regulator" under AI use. The report brings together your AI inventory, the current AI policy, who has taken the course, decisions about people, completed tasks with notes, what is missing, and the audit log with timestamps. Save it as a PDF from the browser and send it to the regulator or the auditor.
Open AI use in the menu and press Download report for the regulator at the top, by Ready for the regulator. The report is also under AI use > "Background, deadlines and shortcuts". See AI use.

What is in the report
- The AI inventory, with the risk level and status of each use
- The current AI policy and its version
- The number of employees who have taken the course, and the course version
- Decisions about people – without names
- Completed tasks with your notes, and what is missing
- The audit log and whether it is intact, with timestamps
Save as PDF
Use your browser's Print and choose "Save as PDF". The report is set up for printing.
The report shows what you have done. It is not a statement that you comply with the law.
