What is GoalCube, and what can you use it for?

For: EveryoneTakes 3 min.Last updated

Short answer

GoalCube gives you control of your AI use, personal data and decisions about people. It plugs into the AI you already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT. The AI gets pseudonyms like [PERSON_1] instead of names and numbers, while the real personal data stays with GoalCube in the EU. GoalCube has three parts: AI use (free) gives you an overview of your AI, a policy and a course for your staff, Personal data lets the AI work on your data, and People decisions makes sure a person decides cases about people and that you can prove it.

Part In the menu What it does A typical question it answers
Map – GoalCube AI use AI use An overview of your AI, a policy and a course for your staff: what you use AI for, what risk that carries and what the law expects. With a report for the regulator. "Where do we stand with the EU AI Act?"
Protect – GoalCube Personal data Personal data Lets the AI work on your tables and documents. The AI sees pseudonyms instead of names and numbers; the names are shown only on your side. "Can we use AI on our customer list?"
Prove – GoalCube People decisions People decisions When the AI helps with a decision about a person, a person decides each case – and it is saved, so you can prove it. "How do we show that the AI did not make the choice?"

AI use is free. Personal data is the main product, and People decisions is only available together with Personal data (the plan Personal data + People decisions). The plans have the same names as the menu items. See Plans: free and paid.

What it looks like

GoalCube opens on Tasks, where everything waiting for a person is listed. Under AI use, you see where you stand if the regulator or an auditor asks, and what is missing. The screen below is the real system with a fictitious company.

Examples of use

  • Customer service: the AI finds the most common complaints and writes draft replies. Your customers' names, emails and account numbers stay with you.
  • Recruitment: the AI assesses CVs against the job ad and recommends who to invite. A manager decides on each candidate at GoalCube.
  • Purchasing: the AI finds contracts that are about to renew automatically. The AI never sees supplier names or internal project names.
  • HR cases: the AI assesses cases against the HR policy. A person decides, and the reasons are saved.

What GoalCube does not promise

GoalCube helps you follow the EU AI Act and GDPR and show what you have done. No software can promise that you meet the law, and GoalCube is not legal advice. Pseudonymised data is still personal data for you, because you hold the key.

Screens recorded from GoalCube 0.26.0 on 22 October 2026 with fictitious data.
