Connect GoalCube to Claude
Short answer
Open Settings > Connect AI in GoalCube and choose Claude. Press "Connect to Claude": Claude opens with GoalCube filled in (the address https://app.goalcube.eu/mcp), and an owner of your Claude organisation presses "Add". The first time an employee uses GoalCube, they log in at GoalCube with their passkey and press "Give access". Claude reads GoalCube's rules by itself, so there is no instruction to copy. Try it by typing "Open GoalCube Personal data" in a new chat (on the free plan: "Record in GoalCube that we use AI to write replies to customers").
Status for Claude
Tested with GoalCube. An owner of your Claude organisation adds GoalCube as a custom connector under Connectors in the settings.
There are no instructions to copy: GoalCube gives the AI the rules itself.
How to do it
- Open Connect AI. Open Settings > Connect AI in GoalCube and choose Claude under "Which AI do you use?". GoalCube remembers your choice.
- Add GoalCube in Claude. Press Connect to Claude. Claude opens with GoalCube filled in; an owner of your Claude organisation presses Add. If you would rather do it yourself, copy the address and add a custom connector under Connectors in Claude's settings. Name it "GoalCube".
- Switch it on in the chat. Each employee can switch GoalCube on under connectors in a chat.
- Log in and give access. Your AI opens GoalCube. Log in with your passkey and check the company and "The answer is sent to" (for example claude.ai). Press Give access. Only give access if you have just started the connection yourself.
- Try it. Type "Open GoalCube Personal data" in a new chat. The window shows your datasets. If you have the free AI use plan, type "Record in GoalCube that we use AI to write replies to customers" instead.
Once the AI has used GoalCube for the first time, the page says "✓ GoalCube is connected", and the step in Get started gets a tick. You only do this once.
If something is not working
- GoalCube was added with an old address (with a long key at the end): see The connection no longer works.
