Follow the recommendation, different decision or missing information
Short answer
Choose Follow the recommendation when you agree with the AI. Choose Different decision when you disagree: write what should happen, and a reason of at least one full sentence that you can use with the person concerned. Choose Missing information when you cannot decide the case yet: write what is missing, and the case comes back in a new round.

The three choices
| Choice | Use it when | What you need to write |
|---|---|---|
| Follow the recommendation | You agree with the AI after reading the facts. | Nothing. |
| Different decision | You disagree. | What should happen, and a reason of at least one full sentence that you can use with the person concerned. |
| Missing information | You cannot decide the case yet. | Which information is missing. |
How it helps you assess for yourself
- The AI's uncertainty is shown for each case, for example "The CV does not mention ERP systems".
- Only relevant facts are shown – not email, phone and numbers.
- No preselection: none of the three choices is selected in advance. If the AI is unsure, "Missing information" is marked as suggested.
- View the case again: if you spend less than 10 seconds on a case, GoalCube asks whether you want to view it again.
- Short assessment time: if you spend less than 15 seconds per case on average, the decision is flagged in the case's audit trail. This helps spot whether someone is simply following the AI.
All three are recommendations in the rule library, turned on from the start.
Rounds
If you choose "Missing information", the rest of the cases are decided, and the missing one comes back in a new round once the AI has found the information. Each round is logged separately.
