Customise the course with your own lessons and questions
Short answer
Open Course and proofs of completion, and choose "Customise the course". Add up to 5 lessons and 10 questions of your own, each with 2–4 answer options and one correct answer. They come after GoalCube's fixed content. Every change creates a new course version, and to pass, the employee needs at least 5/6 of all questions correct.

How to do it
- Open AI use > Course, and press Customise the course.
- Press + Add lesson, and write a heading and text.
- Press + Add question, write the question and the answer options, and mark the correct answer.
- Save. The course gets a new version, for example 2026.2-2, and proofs of completion from now on show the new version.
GoalCube's fixed lessons cannot be changed. Your own lessons have not been reviewed by GoalCube.
