View and disconnect AI connections
Short answer
Open Settings > Connect AI and scroll down to Active AI connections. It lists every AI that has been given access, who gave it and when it expires. Press Cancel to stop a connection straight away. An administrator can disconnect all of them; other users only their own. A connection stops by itself after 180 days at most, and immediately when the user is removed or the agreement is cancelled.
How a connection is made
The first time an employee uses GoalCube in their AI, the AI opens GoalCube. The employee logs in with their passkey, sees the company and where the answer is sent (for example claude.ai), and presses Give access. There is no key in the address.
Only give access if you have just started the connection yourself. If you see an address you do not know under "The answer is sent to", press Reject.
View and disconnect
- Open Settings > Connect AI.
- Under Active AI connections you see each connection, who gave access and when it expires.
- Press Cancel. The AI can no longer use GoalCube for that user. To use it again, the user logs in and gives access anew.
An administrator can disconnect all connections. Other users can only see and disconnect their own.
When does a connection stop by itself?
- after 180 days at most
- immediately when the user is removed from GoalCube
- immediately when the agreement is cancelled or all data is deleted
GoalCube stores only checksums of the keys, not the keys themselves.
