The tools the AI gets from GoalCube
Short answer
Once GoalCube is connected, the AI gets a set of tools: to see and fetch datasets with pseudonyms, save reports, record AI use, send recommendations about people to a person, fetch the person's decision, draft an AI policy and show where you stand (Ready for the regulator) and the audit log. The AI can never confirm, decide or see the real names.
All tools
The list comes straight from the system. Tools that only the window in the chat uses are left out.
| Tool in the AI | What it does |

vis_log | Show the GoalCube audit log. Shows the latest entries in the tamper-evident audit log and whether the hash chain is intact. |
What the AI cannot do
- see the real names and numbers
- confirm a use of AI or decide a case about a person
- adopt the AI policy, change rules or delete data
- give itself access: an employee gives the AI access with their passkey, and the connection can always be disconnected, see View and disconnect AI connections
That only happens on GoalCube's own pages, so it is always a person who does it.
