Secret words: projects, customers and products the AI must never see
Short answer
Open "Secret words" under Personal data. Enter the word, choose the type (project, product, customer or company, person or other) and other spellings, and press "Add". The word is hidden in every dataset, in free text too and whatever the capitalisation, and the AI gets, for example, [PROJEKT_1]. The audit log never stores the word itself.

Good to know
- The word is found whatever the capitalisation.
- Enter the spellings people actually use, e.g. "Harbour Line" and "Harbour Line Ship".
- A dataset cannot be named with a secret word in it, because the AI sees the name.
- If the AI writes a secret word back to GoalCube, it is caught.
- Numbers such as account numbers do not belong on the list; they are hidden automatically.
See Limits for how many words you can have.
