The people who may decide cases about people. A passkey (Face ID or fingerprint) proves who decided. How to
Decisions do not yet require a passkey The role sets which cases the person may decide: Administrator (all), HR (HR), Customer service (Customer service, Customers and service). If access is not used for 90 days, the task list asks whether to remove it.

Add user
Then press "Invite", and send the link to your colleague. The link can be used only once, expires after 72 hours and gives access only once your colleague has created their own Face ID or fingerprint.

Send the link to your colleague, e.g. in Teams. It can be used only once.
